    Developed and built this 60,000-SF medical office building with Loebl Schlossman & Hackl as the project architect. The project was built in the Cantera Business Park in Warrenville and included:

    • Multiple exam rooms, waiting areas, etc.
    • Underground doctor and staff parking
    • Build-out included MRI and CT for Central DuPage Hospital
    • Project built in 12 months
    • Combination brick and precast exterior building skin
    • High-end finishes including millwork and granite
    • 4.5-acre site development
    • Complete ambulatory surgery center
